- the apt conjunction of 'Access to Assets'.
Accesset Ventures has ever since, completed numerous ambitious
projects in diversified fields like construction,
power generation, education, etc.
The most opportune move was that Accesset Ventures forayed
into the Hospitality Industry with a futuristic vision,
backed by diligence and self-belief.
'The Golden Emerald' situated in Salisbury Park, Pune,
is a gracious landmark, 15 kilometers from the domestic
airport and minutes away from the commercial shopping
and banking districts.
Mr. Subhash Lodha, A businessman and philanthropist,
had an expansionary vision, which enabled him to build
from scratch, Pune's most modern Luxury Auberge
- The Golden Emerald. It is an initiative backed by diligence,
self·belief and above all else the intense aspiration to
provide Pune & its guests an exceptionally grand accommodation
in this zone, that would highlight Pune in the Hospitality
sector on the global map.
This dream was given an auspicious foundation on 2nd January 2002
when the Bhumi Pujan was performed.
The gates of The Golden Emerald were cordially thrown open
to welcome guests on 31st January 2003.
Four years after the opening, in the year 2007 “The Golden Emerald” was renovated.
